When you create a RosterUp account, we collect your email address and club name. If you add swimmers to your roster, we store the information you enter: swimmer names, birthdays, age groups, parent email addresses, and attendance records. Practice plans you generate are stored in your account.
Your data is used solely to provide the RosterUp service: generating practice plans, tracking attendance, and managing your roster. Practice plan requests are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored securely with Supabase (hosted on AWS). Only you can access your club's data, enforced by row-level security.
You can delete swimmers and plans in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all data, email us and we'll process it within 30 days.
RosterUp accounts are for adult coaches. Swimmer information is entered and controlled by the coach, similar to a paper roster. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
